Included lawn areas
Identify the front, back, side, curb, or other lawn sections included. Estimate the mowable area rather than assuming the entire property is part of the job.
Residential lawn and yard services · China Spring
TejasGo is a Waco-area marketplace being built to help China Spring customers connect with local lawn-care providers. A clear property scope and job scope can give available providers a practical picture of the work before you select one.
Provider availability varies by service, schedule, and location and is not guaranteed.

Two parts of one clear request
The property scope explains where the work happens. The job scope explains what should be done. Together, they help reduce assumptions without treating every part of a property as included.
Which areas and conditions are part of the request?
Identify the front, back, side, curb, or other lawn sections included. Estimate the mowable area rather than assuming the entire property is part of the job.
Point out gates and access points, plus locked, planted, fragile, or other areas that should not be serviced.
Describe slopes, obstacles, pets, furniture, play equipment, sprinkler heads, and anything else that may affect equipment or access.
Explain grass height, overgrowth, leaves, limbs, debris, or wet areas, and add current photos that show the property clearly.
What work and finished result are being requested?
List mowing, edging, cleanup, hedge trimming, leaf work, mulching, bed cleanup, or other requested residential lawn-care tasks.
State whether you need one visit or routine maintenance and, for recurring work, the frequency you are requesting.
Clarify whether clippings, leaves, limbs, old material, or other debris should be collected, bagged, hauled, or left in a designated place.
Share special instructions and describe the finished mowing, edges, hedges, beds, and cleanup result you expect.
Why the scope matters
Clear scope information can help available providers determine whether the property and requested work fit their services, equipment, schedule, and service area.
Residential lawn and yard work
Make each requested task part of the scope so providers can evaluate the whole job, from lawn mowing in China Spring to cleanup and bed work.
Define the exact mowable areas, current condition, access, and finish you want included in the request.
Identify the walks, driveway, curb, patio, and bed borders that should receive a clean edge.
Request routine mowing and related upkeep with the included areas and desired frequency clearly stated.
Describe a single mowing, trimming, cleanup, or bed-work visit without committing to recurring service.
Show the affected areas and explain which material should be collected or removed.
Identify the hedges or shrubs included and describe the intended shape, height, or cleanup.
Explain the areas covered by leaves or seasonal debris and how the material should be handled.
Describe the beds, preparation, material, cleanup, and removal work you want a provider to evaluate.
Useful information throughout the job
Show included areas, the current condition, access points, obstacles, exclusions, cleanup expectations, and special instructions.
Compare available services, coverage, work photos, business or crew information, and customer feedback.
When used, photos can document the property before work and the completed result afterward.
The TejasGo customer process is designed so payment follows completion of the lawn-care job.
From scope to completed work
Build the request around the included property areas and work, then compare available provider information before moving forward.
Greater Waco launch area
TejasGo is launching in the greater Waco area and building its provider network across China Spring, Waco, Woodway, Hewitt, Robinson, Lorena, Bellmead, Lacy Lakeview, and McGregor.

For businesses, crews, and qualified independent providers
Providers can create profiles, identify their services and coverage, share work photos, and evaluate customer requests using the property scope, requested work, access details, photos, and other information supplied by the customer.
